Whole Foods Haul
The foods in this list are compiled to make your life a little bit easier. I am a realist and I fully understand that we live real lives with real demands upon our time. I believe it is important to find food products that are healthier options than most. Does that mean this is the healthiest possible version you could consume? no. But they are a far cry from the typical big box brands that offer very little nutrition and a lot of chemicals that disrupt our body’s processes.

These are the exact items we purchase when my family is craving a creamy topping to otherwise boring vegetables. Most importantly they are completely dairy free.
CAVA: traditional hummus
You will find nothing but the finest ingredients inside this portable dip. Their organic hummus is dairy and gluten free.
Manini’s: roasted garlic fettuccini
These are not your typical noodles. They go one step further from gluten free and use all ancient grains. Millet, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum, Amaranth are listed on the ingredient label. While that means you can’t call them “grain free” these grains are far less processed and genetically modified than rice or corn.
Wildbrine: Probiotic Smoky Jalapeno Sriracha
This is not your typical sriracha. You can trust Wildbrine to deliver their products in BPA free containers and add gut-loving probiotics into your diet and that of your family without them even noticing! The heat in this product isn’t too spicy!
These probiotic beverages are a refreshing and tasty way to get live active cultures into your body. You need to read the labels for serving sizes and sugar content. If the sugar doesn’t meet your personal goals, divide the bottle up and dilute it with water and ice.
Sir Kensington’s: Special Sauce
This tastes like the special sauce from McDonald’s but is only packed with real non-GMO ingredients. My family loves it and so do I. Add this to a burger and you’ve got a real treat!
Wilde Brand: Chicken Chips
We got both the barbeque and the sea salt & vinegar flavors. If you need a crunchy treat but you’re gluten and grain free, these are the perfect indulgence!
Siete: Tortilla Chips
Everything Siete makes is delicious. I grabbed a big bag of their grain free tortilla chips made from cassava flour and chia seeds. They are a staple at our house and I hope you have already discovered them as well.
Effi Foods: Chickpea Granola
When you are grain free you tend to miss out on things like granola. However some companies have stepped up to the plate and are offering alternatives. This chickpea granola is a fantastic option.
TAZA Chocolote: Dark Bark
You all need to know that I love dark chocolate. it’s my go to sweet treat. However, I try to stay strictly dairy free. This product is dairy, soy and gluten free. Soy lecithin is a cheap emulsifier and is found in products all the time. If you can find chocolate withut it, buy it! I found this Dark Bark made with sea salt and almonds and it is a satisfying snack!
“All of our products are certified organic, dairy free, gluten free, paleo, and vegan.” - sign me up! They are speaking my language. The bars and the cups are delicious and taste so indulgent. I highly recommend them!
