7-Snacks for Summer…that won’t derail your efforts!

I am asked, nearly daily, about safer, cleaner food options for when you are on the go or just don’t have the time to make everything from scratch. I totally get it….even more so now as my children get older and I, frankly, am not home as often to cook for 3+ hours straight multiple times per week. It was so much easier when they were younger, done with sports before 5pm and in bed by 7pm, ha!


These can be found in Whole Foods, Wegmans, or online. Just remember that cleaner options are, generally, more expensive and come in smaller quantities….so you end up eating less!
