My signature 6-week virtual program, Wholistic Blueprint, is designed to help support women in a  supporting, nurturing environment. 


We take a deep dive into foundational topics like:

  • Self-Care Strategies
  • Impact of Toxins in our Environment, Personal Care Products and Food and their Impact on Hormones


For the last 20 years I have worked in the healthcare industry as a nurse and then a nurse practitioner. I have taken the very best of Western medicine and combined it with my knowledge and training in functional nutrition and preventative medicine to help my clients make informed decisions about their health.

I am committed to helping women find a healthy lifestyle that works for them.

I believe that you can’t live, love and serve other people around you until you are feeling your very best.

However, most women put their own health and well-being last on their long to-do lists. Because of that they are burned out, frustrated and exhausted. The Wholistic Blueprint is designed to give back your best life so you can live it fully!
